A major and comprehensive marketing campaign is needed.  If one searches long enough, they will discover there is a plethora of information out there.  The problem is, if no one knows it exists, it's virtually useless.  For example, I knew nothing about the "carespeak" app, coming across it by accident on an unrelated app search.  I was also interested to see there is an online training course for civilian medical offices.  My wife is the Office Manager for a practice that has over 100 vets, she nor her physicians had any idea such training was available.
